We don’t just talk the talk - we have walked the walk (for over 10 years). Here’s some of the projects we have under our belt, which have given us invaluable knowledge and experience.

  • Shanklin, Isle of Wight (New Build)

  • Farnham, Surrey (New Build/Back Garden Infill)

    Developing two 3-bed high quality semi-detached houses on a back garden plot as well as providing separation and private access from existing property.

  • Camberley, Surrey (Conversion/Extension)

    An extension and conversion from a large single residential to four large high specification 2 bed apartments all with gardens, within a high end road blending in with the street. This property was bought on an option (subject to planning) with 50% additional living space added as an extension and the rest of the property converting into flats.

  • Pulborough, Sussex (Potential Planning Gain)

    Land purchased under market value for potential uplift in planning which was unsuccessful, so I flipped for a modest profit rather than go through the elongated and expensive appeals process. Valuable lessons learnt regarding understanding main drainage/sewer pipe plans. The buyer ended up featured on TV’s 'Grand Designs’ building a unique property to overcome the sewer pipe issue.

  • Maidenhead 1 (Planning Gain/Flip)

    Back in 2016 Stage 3 Property purchased a working commercial office which was a conversion from a Victorian house and using both new permitted development rights along with planning permission we gained permission to convert the property into four 2 bed apartments. Once the planning permission was obtained, we investigated an auction exit and met our reserve price, so happily exited for a healthy profit and left the development to more experienced developers.


  • Maidenhead 2 (Planning Gain/Flip)

    Following a property colleague purchasing a downstairs maisonette in central Maidenhead, a potential opportunity was spotted. I joined the team and purchased the upstairs maisonette (even though not on the market) for a £20k premium. In conduction with owner of downstairs maisonette, we got planning permission for an apartment block four units) in the ‘garden/additional land’ recovered as part of an upgrade to wheelchair access facilities. The additional land with planning was sold to an experienced Developer for a substantial 6 figure sum. Our most successful profitable project to date.
