Keep expanding your knowledge

No matter where you are at in your journey, as an investor, landlord or developer - there is always more to learn.

Here will share some of our tips on how to keep active and updated in the world of property.

Training

As with any venture, if you are keen to get involved in property, we strongly recommend to get some training, but you don’t need to spend a fortune (remember: more expensive doesn’t necessarily means better). Search online for different providers, depending on the strategy you want to specialise in, and ensure you read testimonials on a range of websites before making a decision.

Alternatively, you can go to local property meetings, network with like-minded professionals and find a mentor you trust to work alongside.

Everybody is individual in their requirements, and we would be happy to offer free non-committal advice to help you achieve your property goals & aspirations faster.

Earn & Learn

This is a style of hands-on partnership where you invest your money into a project run by experienced peers and in turn gain full access to the ins-and-outs of that project, being involved in all details to learn from a first-hand experience.

It’s a great way to expand your knowledge, besides expanding your money - as you will earn interest as any other investor.

If you are looking for this kind of opportunity in the property development world, we offer a ‘Earn & Learn’ package where you will gain inside knowledge of all aspects of our projects with regular online & onsite meetings, where we will delving into all the nooks & crannies of each stage of the development.

Webinars & Podcasts

Two of the best ways to keep up-to-date with the property world is via podcasts and webinars. Hosts will always invite knowledgeable guests who are willing to share their experience and offer golden nuggets that can make a huge difference in your journey.

For these, our recommendations are:

We also suggest to check out both, Progressive Property & PIN for educational material.

Property Networking

Networking meetings are very popular in the property world and offer a great opportunity to meet like-minded people with similar aspirations. There are many options across the country, so you are sure to find something near you - Progressive Property and PIN run monthly meetings in several locations, but don’t forget to look out for and support local independent organisers.

We are based in the South of England and our favourite local meetings are:

Coffee (or tea) chat

Nothing like an accompanying hot drink for a one-to-one chat about all-things-property.

Whether face-to-face or over Zoom, our diary is always open for a 15-30 min session.
